How I got into this…
I see beauty in everything. I see it in the poetry of afternoon light through a window onto skin, in the opera of heartbreak, the mess of daily life, and in everyone I meet. I feel the longing, desire, hope, and fire in the people I pass on the street or see sitting in their cars. I hear the murmuring of internal voices wanting to be amplified. My greatest wish in life is to bring beauty and growth to myself and those around me. I am designed at my core to find the stuck places and open the windows and doors of the psyche and heart.
What I see around me is a need for self-knowledge, an aching desire to be mirrored and reminded of what is powerful, beautiful, interesting, and elemental in each of us. We all want to be free of our ego's grip and to feel at ease in our own skin, if only for a moment.
In a world full of noise, dedicated to the dogma of The Book of Should and Shouldn’t, it is so hard to retain a sense of one’s self. There is little time or quiet to create who we want to be, or to reflect on and celebrate who we have been.
The art of self-design is being drowned out by the daily barrage of media, ads, and texts urging us endlessly to fix ourselves. Very few of us have the time or space to explore our identities and choose proactively and creatively who we want to be. At best, we are managing our reactions to the buzzing world around us, always thinking we could do better.
From that common vantage point, a personal portrait session may drum up more panic and internal commentary than curiosity. But in fact, it’s precisely that space I want to serve. I want to create a beautiful, safe, and inviting space where a person can come and unfold themselves, explore a little, create, and give voice to those parts of themselves that often don’t get shared. To me, photo sessions are a sacred ritual of unveiling and revealing. They are intimate and personal. Showing up to play in that space feels shamanic at times, as I ground myself in full presence and invite all aspects of a person to come out and be seen, to come out and be known.
I want these sessions to be transformative, to bolster confidence and self-awareness. I want my guests to look at the images we made together and feel a sense of alignment and love for themselves—to see their own magnificence. What is your story? How shall we share it?
My commitment is to giving each guest the most personal experience with the highest level of customer service. Beyond service, I want them to feel part of something, connected and invited to be fully themselves and celebrated for it. I want their experience to exceed expectations and be completely rewarding—hopefully revealing, empowering, and fun.
Transformation isn’t a destiny; it is a flow state. I want to meet in that energy and create continuously. We all have to lift our vibrations together to shift into a new era—one with more love, more play, more empowerment, and more union with our true selves.
I am here to celebrate life with you. Let’s tell your story.
