ABOUT ROMY

Romy Suskin is a photographer/ filmmaker driven by her love for capturing timeless beauty and genuine emotions. Deeply moved by watching people create, reveal and define themselves; Romy developed a talent over the years for knowing when and how to create the ideal space for exploration and revelation with her clients. Schooled in photography and film at the University of Michigan and Academy of Art College in San Francisco, Romy has worked in the fashion, editorial, commercial and music industries on the west coast and NYC before moving to Austin.

Romy Suskin Photography was born in 2012 and has since transformed into Studio Romy to expand into commercial and video services.

At Studio Romy we believe that each encounter and collaboration with our clients is more critical than a final photographic image and pride ourselves on the highest level of service. We know this standard builds trust and connection in our collaborations which is will inherently produce the most powerful delivered work.
